Warm up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength/Conditioning:

5 Rounds

5 Back Squats
3 Hack Squats
30 Russian Swings (53/35)
100m run
8 Tall Get Ups (4R/4L)

*Rest 90 seconds between efforts

*Drop 1 Rep on your Back Squats every Round
*The weight on the Squats is completely up to you again, but make it something that will allow for proper form and intensity in the piece.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of Light Monostructural
