Conditioning:

20 Minute EMOM

1st Minute: 45 Second Max Ball Slam
2nd Minute: 45 Second Extended Plank
3rd Minute: 30 Second Max Russian Lunge
4th Minute: 30 Second Hollow Rock
5th Minute: 60 Second Single Rope Skips

Sport Option:

60 Seconds of Single Skips = 30 Seconds of Double Unders

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of Light Monostructural Work
