Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

5 Rounds of the following:

3 BarBell or DB Bench Press
3 Dead Clean Lunges + 5 Kneeling Cleans R/L

*Rest 90-120 Seconds between Efforts on completion of your KB series
*The goal is to use the Same weight across the board for all 5 sets

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

18 Cal Row
6 Alt. Hang Split Snatch 95/65
3 Rope Climbs

*Alternate which Leg you split on each rep going 3R/3L each round of snatches

Active BodyBuilding Option for members.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
