Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

Squats

5 Sets of the following:

5 x Back Squat @ 75% of your W1rm
10 x Single Arm KB Dead Clean/Lunges (5R/5L)

*Rest 90-120 seconds between sets

Conditioning:

15 Minute AMRAP

Run 200 meters
10 Pullups
1 Power Clean 225/155
5 Bar Facing Burpees

*Each New Round Increase Power Clean Reps by 1

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
