40 Double Unders
20 Power Cleans (185/135)
40 Double Unders
20 Thrusters (135/85)
40 Double Unders
20 Handstand Pushups
40 Double Unders

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
