5 Sandbag Floor Presses (Moderate Weight)
5 Burpee Box Jumps

B) 3 Rounds, building to a maximal 3rd round

Tempo Close Grip Bench Press 5-5-5

Tempo: 31X1
*rest as needed between rounds

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

30 Second Battle Rope
15 T2B
15 Hang Power Snatch (75/55)

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
