Training 7-12-2018

Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

4 x 600 Meter Run or Row

*Rest 5 Minutes between Efforts, in that Rest Period complete the following:

3 x Barbell Push Press
15 x Heavy Russian Swing

*The goal is to Build on the Push Press each round ending at your last Round as your heaviest set. This does not mean it needs to be light in your first round, but give yourself the ability to build in weight as you go

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
