Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

A) Take 5-7 Minutes to work up to a quick Heavy Single on the Power Clean

B) Take 75% of your Max lift for the day and perform the following:

3 Rounds

3 x Power Clean
3 x Box Jump

*Rest 90 seconds after the complex

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

100ft Front Load Carry
6 DxKB Deadlift
6 DxKB Front Squats

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
