Training 7-10-2018

Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

A) 5 x 5 Kettlebell Floor Press

*Rest 90 seconds between sets

B) 3 Rounds of the following SuperSet

10 x KB Seated Alternating Presses (5R/5L)
10 x KB Bench Press

*The Goal is to complete your 10 presses then drop back directly into the Bench Press, try and build each new round
Rest: Rest as Need

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

40 Double Unders
20 WallBalls 20/14
10 Air Powered Cals

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
