Run 200 Meters
5 Deadlifts 315/205

9:00-12:00

Run 100 Meters
3 Deadlifts NTE 75-80% of w1rm
10 Cossack Squats 35/26 (5R/5L)

12:00-15:00

Run 100 Meters
3 Deadlifts NTE 80-85% of w1rm
10 Cossack Squats 35/26 (5R/5L)

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
