2 Sandbag TGU (1R/1L)

Sandbag Complex = 1 Sandbag PickUp, 5 foot carry, 1 Sandbag Squat, 2 Burpees over the Bag

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
