Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

10 Minute EMOM

Odd Minute: 6 x Hang Muscle Snatch
Even Minute: 10 x Dead Cleans (5R/5L)

*The goal again this week is to find the heaviest pairing of the two movements. You will ideally stay at the same weight across all sets. Reminder, the goal is Unbroken sets with crisp form. Do not sacrifice quality movement for weight in these efforts.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

100ft Farmers Walk
2 Power Clean (205/145)
3 Deadlifts (205/145)
4 Strict HSPUs
5 C2B PullUps

*Farmers Walk weight is up to you on todays workout

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
