Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

6 Rounds

20-40-20 Sled Sprint
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
50ft Front Load Carry

*Sled weight is up to you, but make it fast
*Rest 90 seconds between rounds

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
