Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

3 Sets

5 DxKB Strict Presses, 5 DxKB Push Presses
Rest 45 Seconds
5 DxKB Strict Presses, 5 DxKB Push Presses
Rest 30 Seconds
10 Double DB Arnold Presses
Rest 15 Seconds
5-7 Strict PullUps

*Rest 90-120 Seconds between sets

*Use same weight on both sets of DxKB Presses/Push Presses. The goal is to hit all sets Unbroken. Be sure to choose a weight that will allow this to accomplished.
*If you feel you may fail a round of presses you may switch to a heaving push press in the goal of keeping the effort Unbroken
*Your DB weight should be at about 40-50% of your KB weight with continuous, controlled reps as the goal

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

20 Air Squats
10 Burpees
50 SINGLE Rope Skips

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
