Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

10 Minute EMOM

Odd Minute: 5 x DxKB Cleans
Even Minute: 1 x Muscle Clean, 3 x Hang Power Clean

*The goal again this week is to find the heaviest pairing of the above two movements. You will ideally stay at the same weight across all sets. Reminder, the goal is Unbroken sets with crisp form. The Barbell series DOES start from the ground with a muscle clean and then transitions into the hang power cleans.

Conditioning:

Run 400 Meters
Tabata Hollow Rock
Run 400 Meters
Tabata DxKB Farmers Hold

*Farmers Hold is performed by maintaining a solid shoulder down and back position while focusing on bracing.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
