Training 5-9-2018

Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

Bench Super Set:

5 x 3 Close Grip Bench Press

Immediately AFTER each set perform the following Kettlebell Complex:

3 x DxKB Swings
3 x DxKB Cleans
4 x See-Saw Presses (2R/2L)

*Rest 90-120 seconds after the complex

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

3 Strict Pullups
7 Kipping T2B
10 MedBall Cleans (20/14)
12 WalBalls (20/14)

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
