Training 5-8-2018

Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

Every 2 Minutes for 10 Minutes perform the following

50ft Sled Push
50ft Sled Pull
7 Burpees

*Be sure to choose a weight that you can move quickly for your sled work today

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
