Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

Perfrom a 40RM DxKB Front Squat

*This is to be performed as a one shot effort. You may rest in the rack, but dropping the bells down to the side or setting them down “terminates” the effort. If you “terminate” the set does not count as a 40RM, finish out your remaining reps but your score results in a zero.

Conditioning:

20 Calorie Row
30 Burpees
40 DxDB Shoulder to Overhead
50 Russian Twists with plate (45/25)
100ft OH Walking Lunge with plate (45/25)

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
