Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

10 x 10 DxKB Front Squat

*Rest 60-90 seconds between sets
*Allow the last three weeks to guide you to a correct weight for these efforts

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

7 DxKB Snatches 53/35
14 PushUps
21 Double Unders

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
