Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

5 x 1 Close Grip Bench press

Immediately AFTER each set perform 5 rounds of the following KB Complex Unbroken

1 x Pushup on your KBs
1 x DxKB Pendlay Row
1 x DxKB Swing

*Rest 90-120 seconds

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

8 Power Cleans 135/95
10 T2B
12 Air Squats

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
