Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

Bench Superset

5 x 2 Close Grip Bench Press

Immediately AFTER each set, perform the following DB Complex

5 x Bent over Row (Supinated Grip)
3 x Hang Power Clean
1 x Push Press

*Rest 90-120 seconds

Conditioning:

4 rounds

30 Double unders
5 Power cleans (155/115)
6 Burpees

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
