Warm Up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

In teams of two:

30 Front Squats (135/95)
50 T2B
Run 200 Meters/Row 250 Meters
20 Front Squats (185/135)
30 T2B
Run 200 Meters/Row 250 Meters
10 Front Squats (225/155)
10 T2B
Run 200 Meters/Row 250 Meters

Partners may split up the Front Squats and T2B however they like.
On the Run/Row interval one must run and one must Row. You may switch the order of who runs and who rows each new round.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of Light Monostructural
