Training 5-17-2018

Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

10 minutes, every 2 minutes:
150 meter Row Sprint

*Rest 8 Minutes between each of the 3 rounds, and in that Rest Period complete the following:

50 Foot HandStand Walk
1 Minute SandBag March (In Place)
45 Second Ring Plank Support

*If you don’t have HandStand Walks you may perform shoulder touches and/or a handstand hold. Your Rope climbs do not have to be legless but attempting to accumulate them as such would be a good idea

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
