Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

3 x 10 DxKB Front Squat

*Rest 90 seconds between efforts
*Allow your 40RM to guide you to a correct weight for these efforts

Conditioning:

10-20-30-20-10

Walking Lunges
Kettlebell Snatches (35/26)

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
