Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength: Barbell Press

5 x 2

Immediately AFTER each set, perform the following KB/DB Complex going R/L:

5 x Chainsaw Rows
3 x Snatches
1 x Pushpress

*Rest 90-120 seconds Between Efforts
*Record weight used for Bench and KB/DB Complex


Alternating Tabata Shoot Through/Burpee

Start the clock and perform as many reps as possible for 20 seconds of Quality Shoot Throughs, Rest 10 seconds, then perform as many burpees as possible in 20 seconds and rest another 10 seconds. That is one round, you will complete 8 total Rounds of this for your Alt. Tabata work for the day

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
