Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

Deadlifts

4×4 @ 80% of W1RM

*After each set of Deadlifts, perform 10 x Heavy Goblet Walking Lunges (5R/5L) followed by a 30 second Plank Ring Support
*Rest 90 seconds after the Ring Support before returning to the next series, starting with the Deadlifts

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

12 DxKB Diggers (6R/6L)
6 DxKB Clean and Push Presses
10 DxKB Alt. Single Legged Deadlifts
50 Double Unders

*KettleBell weight is up to you, but the goal is to be able to finish the entire complex series Unbroken before the DUBs

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
