Training 4-8-2019

Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength: Squat (Drop Set)

4 x 20

Immediately AFTER each set perform the following DxKB Complex going from Right to Left:
(same weight R/L)

1 x DxKB Deadlift
1 x Single Arm DxKB Dead Clean R
2 x Anchor Squat R
1 x DxKB Deadlift
1 x Single Arm DxKB Dead Clean L
2 x Anchor Squat L

Drop Set = The weight on your Barbell Squat will start 10-20#s Heavier then your weight from last week. Each following set drop 20#s from your start weight.

*Rest 90 seconds between efforts
*Be sure to apply the same 1 breath cadence you used from last week to this week’s Squats as well
*Record weight used for Squat and KB Complex

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

10 Hang Power Clean (95/65)
15 T2B
20 Cal Row

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
