Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

6 Rounds of the following

4 TGUs (2R/2L) 53/35
5 Supinated Grip Yates Rows

*Yates weight is up to you, choose a weight that will allow Unbroken Sets with strong positioning
*TGUs are to be performed in Unbroken sets of two, going R/L. Do not rush these efforts and be sure to focus on strong positioning throughout all rounds

Conditioning:

20 Devil Presses 45/35
45 Second Plank Ring Support
30 Box Jumps 24/20
45 Second Plank Ring Support
30 Heavy Russian Swings
45 Second Plank Ring Support
20 Burpees

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
