Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

With a partner, complete the following with a sandbag:

2 Turkish Get Ups
4 Sandbag Cleans
6 Front Squats

Heavy Bag: Accumulate 16 rounds total
Medium Bag: Accumulate 20 rounds total
Light Bag: Accumulate 22 rounds total

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
