Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

10 Minutes of Alternating SandBag TGUs

*Weight is up to you, but choose a weight that will allow continuous movement for the entire 10 minutes

Conditioning:

10 Minute EMOM

Odd Minute: 30 H2H Swings
Even Minute: 45 Second Plank Ring Support

*Do not exceed 88/62 for your Kettlebell today

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
