Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

Deadlifts

5×3 @ 75% of W1rm

*After each set of Deads perform 10 x Heavy Goblet Walking Lunges (5R/5L) followed by a 30 second Plank Ring Support
*Rest 90 seconds after the Ring Support before returning to the next series, starting with the Deadlifts

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

10 KettleBell DxPushups + Deadlift
10 Alt. KB Single Legged Deadlifts (5R/5)
7 SandBag Front Squats
50 Foot SandBag Carry

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
