Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

Every 3 Minutes for 18 minutes

6 Bar MuscleUps
4 DxKB Snatch/Thrusters 53/35
Run 200 Meters

*If you fall off before 3 Rounds are completed, finish out 3 FULL Rounds and then your workout comes to an end

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
