Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength: Bench Press

5 x 4

Immediately AFTER each set, perform the following Double KB Complex

6 x DxKB Alt. Pendlay Rows (3R/3L)
4 x DxKB Alt. Dead Cleans (2R/2L)
1 x DxKB Clean
2 x SeeSaw Press (1R/1L)

*Rest 90-120 seconds Between Efforts
*Record weight used for Bench and KB Complex

Conditioning:

10 Minute VO2 Max

Using an air-powered piece of equipment, perform the following intervals for 10 minutes:

:15 Sprint

:15 Rest

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
