Banded Deadlifts

5×5 @ 70% of W1rm

*Rest 90 seconds between sets

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

25 Box Jumps 24/20
10 Alt. Walking Goblet Lunges AHAP
20 Air Powered Cals
10 DxKB Single Legged Deadlifts 53/35
15 T2B

*Goblet Lunge weight is up to you, you shuold have an idea of where to go with this after the last 3 weeks of training

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
