Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

5 Rounds of the following

2 SandBag TGUs
7 Supinated Grip Yates Rows

*Yates weight is up to you, choose a weight that will allow Unbroken Sets with strong positioning
*The SandBag TGUs are meant to be Heavy Today, choose a weight that will challenge you but keep you in a good position.

Conditioning:

10 Minute EMOM

Odd Minute: 20 KettleBell Snatches (10R/10L)
Even Minute: 45 Second Plank Ring Support

*KettleBell Snatch Weight is up to you, do not short change one arm vs. the other. Be sure to choose a weight that challenges you, but keeps arms even

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
