Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

Every 2 Minutes for 20 Minutes perform the following

Odd Rounds: 14 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20
Even Rounds: 1 Round of “DT” 155/115

*If you fail to perform your given work inside your two minutes report to the next station at the turn of the clock
*If you fail to complete the reps in a burpee round, drop 2 reps on the following rounds of Burpees. Your “DT” rep scheme never changes, regardless of making the time cap or not

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
