Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

7 Rounds of the following:

5-10 x Z-Presses 45/35
5 Supinated Grip Yates Rows

*Yates weight is up to you, choose a weight that will allow Unbroken Sets with strong positioning

Conditioning:

“Monkey Claws 2.0”

10 Minute EMOM

Odd Minute: 30 Russian Swings
Even Minute: 45 Second Plank Ring Support

*Swing Weight is up to you, but it may not exceed 106/80

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
