Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

20 Minute Alternating EMOM

Odd Minutes: 5 Bar Facing Burpees, 5 Power Cleans 155/115
Even Minutes: 5 Bar Facing Burpees, 5 Hang Full Cleans 155/115

*If you fail to complete the reps in a given round, drop 1 Burpee from that round going forward. Do not subtract any barbell reps from your rounds, burpees only, and only from the rounds you miss.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
