Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

10 Rounds

10 Air Powered Cals
10 HSPUs
10 Wall Balls

Each new round drop 1 rep from the HSPUs and Wall Balls. So 10/10, 9/9, 8/8, 7/7, 6/6, etc down to 1/1

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
