Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

Deadlifts

4×5 @ 70% of W1RM

*After each set of Deads perform 10 x Heavy Goblet Walking Lunges (5R/5L) followed by a 30 second Plank Ring Support
*Rest 90 seconds after the Support before returning to the next series starting with the Deadlifts

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

50 Double Unders
10 Alt. DxKB Single Legged Deadlifts (5R/5L) 53/35
5 DxKB Front Squats 53/35
50 Foot Front Rack Carry 53/35
10 T2B

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
