Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength:

12 Minutes to Establish a Max Complex:

1 Clean Pull
1 Power Clean
1 Clean Pull
1 Hang power Clean

*You will have 30 seconds to complete the Complex, failure to complete in 30 seconds constitutes a Miss on the attempt
*You may Drop the Bar after your Power Clean. But the Hang Power Clean may not be pulled from the deck.

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

5 Front Squats 205/145
1 Legless Rope Climb

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
