Odd Minute: 10 DxKB Front Squats 53/35
Even Minute: 10 T2B

*If you don’t complete the work at the turn of the minute, report to the next station

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
