5 Burpees
3 Bench Press BW/75%BW

*Rest 2 Minute Between Efforts
*So there’s no confusion, Perform 3 rounds of the movements listed above. Then rest for 2 minutes, repeat for a total of 4 Rounds.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
