30 Second HandStand Hold
30 Second Hollow Rock
30 Second Rest

*Just to be clear, you complete 2 Rounds of the posted work followed by 1 Round of the secondary posted work, and you will complete that 3 times

Cool Down: 3-5 min of Light Monostructural
