Conditioning:

20 Minute EMOM

Minute 1: 50 foot Sled Push
Minute 2: 20 Heavy Russian Swings
Minute 3: 15 DxKB Front Squats 53/35
Munte 4: 50 foot Sled Push
Minute 5: 45 Second Hollow Rock

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
