Warm up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

Goblet Squat Ladder

6 Rounds

10 Goblet Squats
50 Double Unders

*decrease double under reps by 10 each round (yes, that does mean you perform zero double unders in the sixth round)
*you have 90 seconds to complete each round, if you do not complete your work in that time, your reps do not count

Men’s weights: 53, 62, 70, 88, 106, 124
Women’s weights: 34, 44, 53, 70, 80, 88

Cool Down
: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work
