Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

21-15-9

Overhead Squat 115/85

After every set including the set of 9 perform the following

4 Rounds using 53/35 Kettlebells

2 Pushups
2 Renegade Rows (1R/1L)
2 DxKB Cleans
2 DxKB Front Squats

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
