Training 2-28-18

Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic



Strength:

5 Rounds of the following

3 x Clean and Press
3 x Weighted Chins

*The goal here is to build each round, but to never fall below 2 reps in either effort
*Rest 90-120 seconds between efforts



Conditioning:

2-4-6-8-10-12

C2B Pullups
Hang Power Snatch 95/65

*Perform 20 Double Unders after each Round

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
