Conditioning:

20 Minute EMOM

Minute 1: 50 foot Sled Push
Minute 2: 25 Banded Good Mornings
Minute 3: 6 Clean and Jerks 135/95
Munte 4: 50 foot Sled Push
Minute 5: Max Pushup Style Ring Support (Max of 45 seconds)

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
