Conditioning:

18 Minute EMOM

1st Minute: 2 SandBag TGUs 1R/1L
2nd Minute: Max Effort DxKB Swing 35/26
3rd Minute: Max Effort Plank Support
4th Minute: Max Effort Kettlebell Snatch 35/26
5th Minute: Max Effort T2B (15 Rep Cap)
6th Minute: Rest

*Your Snatch interval is to be perform in 25/25 second intervals split between your right and left arm, this allows for transition time from your support

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
